Acute:

Inhaled: Short-term exposures to sulfur dioxide above 50-100 ppm can be dangerous and above 400-500 ppm, immediately life threatening.

FIRST AID:

Swallowed: DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING If conscious, give 2 glasses of water. Get immediately medical attention.

Skin: Wash with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing. Get medical attention if irritation develops. Launder contaminated clothing before reuse.

Eyes: Flush with water at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention if eye irritation develops or persists.

Inhaled: Remove exposed person to fresh air if adverse effects are observed.
